Note: We strongly recommend that you use a headset (or at least headphones or an echo cancelling microphone) rather than speakers. This will eliminate potential echoing and feedback and improve your audio experience.

The first time you access Collaborate sessions, there will be a time delay as the computer automatically detects if you have the required software to join a Collaborate session. If not, it will automatically install/upgrade required software. This time delay will be approximately one to five minutes depending on internet connection speed.

Note: It is extremely important to set up your system prior to start of first session.

How to connect to Collaborate sessions
- On session date and 15 minutes prior to session time select session link from the list to the left.
- Enter your full name (password is not required)
- Follow on-screen steps to install the required software
