Conference celebrating the work of
Professor William Hare

2-4 October, 2008

Location and Travel

The Conference will take place at Mount Saint Vincent University, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. If you are coming from far away, the easiest way to get here is to fly to Halifax Stanfield Airport. From the airport you can get to campus in several ways.

The Campus is situated on a large wooded estate overlooking Bedford Basin, which is part of Halifax harbour, one of the deepest natural harbours on the eastern seaboard of North America. Although our campus is on a sharp slope, all buildings have access for disabled visitors. When you turn into the main entrance of the campus from the Bedford Highway, you will be directly facing Seton Academic Building, which is where most of the conference sessions will be held.

If you have booked accommodations on campus, please go directly to Assisi Hall to pick up the key to your room.
